This infographic shows that we have 115,038 employees by headcount. 41% of our workforce is female, and 59% is male. 18% are under age 30, 61% are age 30-50 and 21% are over age 50. Our workforce is located 32% in Spain, 23% in the Americas, 24% in Asia Pacific and 20% in EMEA. Our employees come from 52 countries and 166 nationalities, they speak 171 languages and have 8.5 years of service, on average.
