Global Banking
Work across a wide range of products, sectors and geographies and create truly bespoke solutions for our clients.
Global Banking is a people and trust-focused business. We guide our clients through mergers and acquisitions, assist them with raising capital and design bespoke solutions.
Our clients rely on the insights our people
provide from data and experience across UBS to
make big decisions. Executions of equity capital
markets and debt capital market transactions are
becoming more automated, which is why we stay
ahead of the curve with decisions informed by
technology and data. The landscape we face is
constantly changing and we need to transform our
approach and services accordingly.
We provide two key services to our clients; advice and access.
We advise clients on strategic changes in their business through mergers and acquisitions (buying and selling businesses). We are differentiated by the data offering which we can provide our clients through insights from the UBS Evidence Lab. We provide access to capital markets for our clients in public and private forms, across equity, bonds and loans.
The foundation of our business is trust, and our relationships are formed over many years. We support our clients over the long-haul and across time zones. Our unique structure allows us to work across products, sectors and geographies offering individualized solutions to our clients across US, APAC and Europe.
A few awards we’re proud to have won recently:
- Global Finance – Best Global M&A Bank 2019, 2018 and 2017
- Global Finance – Best Global Equity Bank 2020
- Global Capital-Most Impressive Bank for Financial Institutions Capital (2019)
We are able to leverage UBS’s global markets and research platform that supports the marketing of the Investment Bank to our clients.
We use the UBS Evidence Lab (our proprietary data tool) to provide our clients with differentiated insights no other financial services firm can match.
